Covid19

 

 

Sadly, due to Covid19, we have taken the difficult decision to close the church building for Sunday services and other church activities again.  Although chuches are technically allowed to open under current regulations we feel it is important that we do our bit to help stop the spread of the virus.  

Sunday services and a variety of weekly activites will take place on zoom just as we have done in previous lockdowns.  All the details for these can be found on the news sheet below. We look forard to seeing lots of our regular attenders and maybe some new faces too!

             Our Mission

To proclaim the Gospel to all ages by worship, care and nurture through Mission and Service.

Reverend Dr Tim Woolley is the minister for Sapcote Methodist Church.  He is supported by a leadership team including - Barbara Williams, Sheila Grice, Shelley Piercy, David Watts, Rebecca Seviour, Marie Mason, Christine Grantham and Sheila Scott.

 

This team along with other volunteers work with the minister to provide leadership and help in all areas of the churches activities. They also uphold and act upon the decisions and policies of the Church Council. If you have any questions, concerns or comments pleae do talk to one of the stewards. They value all comments!

Hinckley Circuit

Sapcote Methodist Church is one of the 12 churches that make up the Hinckley Circuit.

What is a Methodist Circuit?

A Methodist Circuit is part of our organisational structure. A circuit consists of several churches, and itself is part of a wider group called a District.  We are part of the Northampton District. Here is a link to the District website
