Foundation Governor, All Saints School
All Saints School is short of Foundation Governors. 2 more governors are needed who are not parents of children at the school. There have always been representatives from the Methodist Church on the Governing Body, but there is no longer representation from our church. There is a request for a volunteer from our church to take on this role.
If you are willing to take on this role or would like more information, please speak to Christine Grantham.
News from the Vine
Easter is coming and we have plenty of Easter cards still in stock in packs and as singles. Easter cards are becoming more popular to send amongst the Christian community and it is a simple way to witness to family and friends at this time of year. The majority of our cards have a Bible verse and an Easter message but some are a little more subtle for those sending to someone who is not a believer while others are more openly Christian. We also have plenty of Easter books, especially titles for children but also for those who are seeking. As a child I was always given an egg and a book at Easter that helped me in my faith journey - do consider this for the children in your life. We have the popular Real Easter Egg in stock for those who want to give an egg with more of a Christian message and a few other fairtrade Easter chocolate goodies. We still have a small selection of the £1.00 books that we had in for World Book Day so grab a bargain before they disappear. We've recently had new stock in our gift section, including jewellery, prints and even a cuddly bunny, which we are trialling! Do let us have your feedback.

The winner will be announced on Saturday 6th April at the Christian Aid Fayre.

Each year Sapcote Methodist Church organises a visit to this large inter-denominational Christian Conference.
Anyone is welcome to join! Spring Harvest aims to "equip the Church for action through a range of events, conferences, books and resources.
The tone is generally evangelical with modern worship muisc, workshops and Bible Study Groups".
We hold an annual Summer holiday club for Primary School age children following the Scripture Union resources but often with our own Sapcote Methodist Church twist!
Lots of songs, crafts, messy crafts, games, sports, prayers and stories its a great experience! Check out our home page for further details of our next holiday club. (Details published in May)
